Return and Refund Details

  • Return Window: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Keep it Fresh: To be eligible, items must be in their original, "store-bought" condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags and packaging attached.
  • Shipping & Fees: We don’t charge restocking fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

Just write to us at support@tamistore.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and the relevant items. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.

Refunds & Swaps

  • Refunds: Once your package arrives and passes inspection, we’ll trigger a refund to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Need a different size or color? If we have it in stock, we’re happy to swap it out for you. If it’s sold out, we will process a refund instead.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Need to cancel or update shipping info? Contact support@tamistore.com promptly. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

Issues with Your Delivery

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a brief description. Photos of the product and packaging help us resolve the issue faster. We’ll review your case and offer a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund depending on availability and circumstances.
