Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Daily Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 4:00 PM EDT on business days are processed the same day. Orders submitted after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
