1. When will I receive my order confirmation and how quickly is my order processed?

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Orders submitted before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same day, while later orders begin processing on the next business day.

2. How long does order processing and delivery take, and will I receive tracking information?

Processing takes 0–2 business days (Monday to Friday). When your package ships, we’ll send a tracking email so you can monitor its journey. Delivery takes 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. What should I do if my delivery is delayed or I need help with tracking?

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to carrier traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. First, check your tracking link for updates. If you need extra assistance, email support@tamistore.com with your order number and tracking info.

4. Which carriers are used to deliver my order?

We partner with reliable carriers to reach every corner of the U.S. Depending on the location, your order may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

5. Can I cancel or update my order after placing it?

Need to cancel or update shipping info? Contact support@tamistore.com promptly. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

6. How do I start a return and what information do I need to provide?

Just write to us at support@tamistore.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and the relevant items. We’ll reply with the next steps and the return address.

7. Can I exchange an item for a different size or option?

Need a different size or color? If we have it in stock, we’re happy to swap it out for you. If it’s sold out, we will process a refund instead.
